Alice in Wonderland meets Patisserie Chef was my entry in the Masterclass section of the Good Food and Wine Show last weekend. It won me the first prize and gold certificate and I also got Best on Show.
It was a lot of fun to create. I used blends of modelling paste mixed with chocolate paste as well as pastillage.
