If you are trans, non binary a-gender, gay, lesbian, bisexual or anything else, how did you come out?

My mom found the "they/them" pin I use at work. I knew she did cause she moved it when bringing in my new bed frame. Once I realized, I just broke down and explained that I'm nonbinary. Thankfully, she was okay with it!
