An artist from the UK named Rad Astra has created an incredible dinosaur fossil made entirely from recycled technology, including old computer parts, camera parts and vintage watch parts.
Rad Astra claims he has spent in excess of 200 hours during a period of 6 months to create a piece he names the ‘Cybersaurus’. He describes it as a fusion between two periods millions of years apart; the Jurassic period and the technology age. The actual dinosaur contains around 300 individual parts (including a real camera for the eye!) which have been submerged in sand and covered in resin.
He names his pieces of art ‘fossils’ and has plans to create many more. When contacted through his Instagram Rad commented “The response has been absolutely brilliant and I’m currently working on the next piece which should be ready by August” - @radfossils
