Transmission Line is an immersive art installation that responds to our need for connection in a world of social distancing. Artist Matthew Doherty said the title is a comment on both the spread of the Covid-19 virus and the way that our social interactions have moved almost exclusively online. The cabin was built specifically for this work, as was the custom aluminum frame that supports 70' of LED neon.
