Now we are seeking a proactive, ambitious, and hard-working Art and Costume Coordinator to join our company and build a new production team from zero for a new project in Vilnius. You'll have to create and lead a new rockstar team of pandas with a mission to reach a billion views. You can check out how we work here!

What You Will Do:
- You will coordinate and manage many aspects of the video production process from start to finish;
- You and the team will organize and prepare props, crafts, costumes, and sets for filming;
- You will be responsible for purchasing materials for filming;
- You will participate in brainstorming sessions and take responsibility for your field;
- You will fulfill creative ideas on the filming set according to a specific theme or idea;
- You will coordinate concepts with the cameramen, producers, and directors.
- Experience in filming/video production;
- Strong organizational and leadership skills;
- Ability to multitask, adapt to, and solve problems quickly, self-motivated, and works well with teammates;
- Knowledge of all pre-production and production processes, formats, and techniques;
- Feel for aesthetics;
- Dedicated and committed “team player” attitude.
