Angel Burns Spent 52 Weeks Recreating Famous Artworks Using Face Paints.

A UK based artist has received international recognition for recreating famous artworks on her face.

Angel Burns, aged 40 is sharing Art History in her own creative style by replicating famous paintings on her face using face paints. She has reproduced numerous styles from Pop Art; Lichtenstein l to Expressionism, Edvard Munch

Her paintings are part of a year-long project that have been collated into a unique Art History book and she has sold copies in Europe, America and the United Kingdom

"Whilst completing this project, I never thought that painting my face during the 30-45 minute sessions would see me receive commissions and international sales," said Angel. "I didn't foreseen the personal growth and core healing this process would create. For me, art heals and sparks new growth."
