American Characters

This is part of an ongoing performance project I have been working on to capture personalities from different parts of American culture. This video includes a farmer from Oklahoma, a recovering addict and b-boy from the Bronx, a Tennessee preacher, a Chicago slaughterman on his break, and an out of work fisherman from the Massachusetts coast. I'm particularly interested in how much control a person has over where they end up in life and how his/her occupation reveals a fundamental aspect of personality.
