Docket Office is directed to accept the 34-page document titled Protest with Extreme Prejiduce [sic] Against Decision Denying Petition for Modification of Decision 14-05-033 Regarding Designation of Small Net Energy Metering-Eligible Facilities Paired With Energy Storage as comments from ABC Solar Incorporated. The 600-plus page attachment to the comments is not filed per deficiencies noted by Docket Office. Docket Office shall place the 600-plus page attachment to the comments, submitted by ABC Solar Incorporated, by e-file dated September 13, 2018 and received in hard copy format on September 24, 2018, in the correspondence file for this proceeding.
