It is not easy in Africa, everyone who has been there knows, but there are people who, despite all adversities, constantly follow their dreams. And that's what today's film is about. Isaac Nabwana was born in Kampala's poor district called Wakaliga. After many years of internal struggle, he put everything on one card. His first film quickly became a hit in East Africa. It's been 10 years since then and Wakaliwood is still growing. In 2019, his film closed the Toronto International Film Festival - and this is an event on a global scale.
