My name is Andrea, and I have been doing photography since I was a teenager. Over the years, I tried many genres, from nature and astro, to landscape and city photography.
Around May 2020, I realized that I hadn't picked up my camera for months. During that time, to keep myself busy, I reignited my childhood love for Lego. After building a couple of sets, I thought I'd take some photos of them.
I have always been a huge Star Wars fan, and I owned a few figures, so eventually, I started to use them as my models too. Little did I know that there is a growing toy photography community on Instagram, and almost 4 years down the line, toy photography will be my main hobby.
Over the years, I tried different ideas, one of them was to combine toys with drinks, be it a cup of tea, a can of beer, etc. All the splash effects were created practically. Hope you enjoy the photos as much as I enjoyed taking them!
