This is Gordon. He is blind, sick, and starved. He was living on the streets in Cambodia, just struggling to survive, when his whole community was burned to the ground. The fire that ripped through Phnom Penh destroyed 50 homes and killed four cats and a dog. Gordon was the only animal to survive.
He was found wandering through the smoldering remains, desperately looking for food and water.
Then Gordon's luck finally changed. He was rescued by local organisation, Animal Rescue Cambodia, who saved him from immediate danger. He has started his journey to recovery, but it will be a long road ahead.
So far, we can only share the start of Gordon's story. Hopefully, with the help of the Bored Panda community, Gordon will make a full recovery and we hope to show a more heartwarming transformation, but we need your help.
