All over the world City Councils accommodate the disabled with allocated parking spaces, ramps for wheelchairs, special toilets and 'Braille' paving tiles. When road workers in non-English speaking countries are given a job [...put these tiles down the middle of the pavement], but don't know why - some dangerously hilarious situations can arise. no one would even know if you fell down here... it's almost a 2 meter drop into water!
