I'm a children's illustrator living in the U.S., and I love using Inktober to tell stories to my Instagram audience. This year I decided to draw from my childhood love for comic strips and talk about something I am going through for the first time- pregnancy. A couple of the comics are based on things that have actually happened to me, and some of them are, well, things that are just plain true for (a lot of but maybe not all) pregnant folk.
