I recreate dishes from different cuisines & turn them into 100% plant-based & vegan dishes (no eggs,dairy, honey & meat) My specialty is creating vegan eggs ranging from: sunny side, Benedict, deviled, poached & even soft boiled eggs. It typically takes me about a full week researching and testing out different ingredients before I attempt to cook a dish. I'd say about 95% of the dishes work out with a few not going as planned
As a vegan myself, I try to create these dishes to appeal to my non-vegan friends & family. Many people get turned off or lose interest once they hear or see the word "vegan" so I try to recreate dishes that they are already accustomed to. So far it has been going great as I have been able to get my friends & family interested in trying out vegan food. with a few even making a full switch. I'm a big fan of art and one way that I love to express it, is through food & my dishes. I feel if I am able to provide plant-based meals to everyone, regardless of their dietary restriction, it will be be beneficial for ourselves, the animals, & the environment that we live in.
